DM355 WINDOWS CE BINARY IMAGE SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

Limitations and Conditions of use:

MPC Data Limited (MPC Data) provides a sample evaluation Windows CE Binary Image for Licensee to evaluate the Windows CE operating system on TI’s TMS320DM355 Digital Video Evaluation Module TMDSEVM355.

The Binary Image is licensed for evaluation purposes only, and not intended for commercial use.
The Binary Image or any derivative may not be deployed in commercial products without prior agreement from MPC Data.
No warranty is offered on the Binary Image.
Licensee shall not reproduce, sell, distribute or sublicense the use of copies of the Binary Image.
The Binary Image shall remain the property of MPC Data

Windows CE Binary Image Functionality and Purpose:

MPC Data’s Windows CE Binary Image includes peripheral drivers, the OAL (OEM Adaptation Layer), and tools to deploy a Windows CE operating system on a TMDSEVM355 hardware platform.

If the sample Binary Image does not meet Licensee’s requirements (e.g., memory size, display, OS components, driver additions) on Licensee’s own custom hardware it may be required to create a custom Windows CE image based on specific product requirements.
