Some months ago we announced that Medical Product development work was booming at MPC Data and that we were focussed on a number of Windows Embedded design wins. That was only part of the story and to complete the picture we have expanded and updated the Medical Product pages on this site. If you are developing, or planning to develop a device for the medical electronics sector, then please click here to find out more.
Our track record in designing, implementing and testing software for medical products proves that we can get your next device to market faster.

MPC Data is proud to announce that we have been delivering high quality software services to the world's leading product development companies for 20 years now. We officially began trading as MPC Data on 15th January 1985, and since then we have steadily grown in both size and reputation. We have also constantly updated and expanded our skill set, always with the objective of giving our customers even better service.

To recognise the contribution made by our staff to MPC Data's success, we arrangedfor everyone to take a much earned break in the beautiful Old Quarter of Prague last weekend.
Phil Peddle, a graduate who was recently awarded a first in Computer Systems Engineering following a final year study entitled "An Investigation into 3D Model-Based Video Compression". This combined research into the history of model-based compression and the various techniques used, then a detailed analysis of the model-based compression component of the MPEG-4 standard. A piece of software was
written to demonstrate one aspect of this standard -the Facial Animation Parameters- which could be used to deform a 3D facial model.
