Microsoft Embedded Essentials Seminar 13/11/2003

Once again MPC Data demonstrated our knowledge, skills and pedigree in the Microsoft Embedded product lines, at the UK "Embedded Essentials" seminar that took place at the Heathrow Hilton hotel on 11th November 2003.

This event was organised and sponsored by Microsoft, and featured technical sessions, hands-on labs focussed on Windows CE.NET and XP Embedded, and key overviews for management and technical decision makers.

MPC Data showed some of our most recent work on both CE.NET and XP Embedded platforms, which attracted a great deal of attention.

MPC Data wins development contract 22/09/2003

Following on from earlier development projects for other parts of the Sony group, Sony Business Europe have placed a contract with MPC Data for the enhancement of MediaBroker, its market leading media management product.

MediaBroker, which is already in use with a number of the worlds leading television broadcasters, is to be enhanced to include an interface to Sony's own playout engine, the BZA820. This will provide a lower cost specification targeted specifically at thematic broadcasters further enhancing its market appeal.

MPC Data publish Microsoft Embedded pape 22/09/2003

MPC Data's Richard Bister wins Gold! 11/08/2003

Following the overwhelming success of its recent series 80 VHF radio project, Simrad has awarded Richard Bister, a member of MPC Data's software engineering team, a "Golden Handset" award.

Simrad, which is one of the world's largest manufacturers of marine electronics for the yachting, fishery and commercial marine markets, recently held an awards evening to celebrate the successful completion of this project. The award, which is in recognition of Richards major contribution to the success of the project, will be on display in our offices so keep your eyes open during your next visit!
